Recently I purchased a home through your company and Polly Braun. Having owned other homes, the experience can sometimes be quite a hassle. On this occasion, I found it to be totally different. I found the perfect house and discovered the perfect Realtor. From beginning to end, Polly was friendly, professional, and eager to assist me, even long after the closing. Just a few words about Polly Braun This past August we moved back to Dallas from Minneapolis. My wife Tammy and I came to Polly with a "Special request" for housing. We wanted a house in a great school district, one that would meet our needs for space and one which we could build sweat equity while being livable. We first visited in June and with only a few days to narrow the field, she was able to target exactly the type of property for which we were looking, and we found several that were great candidates. But the "right" property just wasn't available. As our move date approached we decided to pursue temporary housing, while Polly kept constant watch on the market. Days before our move one of the properties we had previously looked at dropped significantly. Polly guided us through a successful offer even though there was some significant competition. Because it was an older property, it required structural, electrical, AS, roofing, plumbing and mold inspections - all of which Polly arranged. She used her significant influence and expert connections to give us the information we needed to make a sound and comfortable decision about the property. At one point she practically physically threw herself in front of an Oncor energy truck in an attempt to have a serviceman turn on gas which had been inadvertently turned off so we could complete a mechanical inspection. Through her contact at al local Mortgage Company, I was able to get an incredible 4 7/8 interest rate. She delicately guided us through several negative encounters with the seller's agent who was inept and unprofessional. Although she is intense and "all business", she uses her positive attitude and humor to make everyone she deals with feel at ease. She is bright, hard-working, completely trustworthy and funny. She earns every penny of her commission. In dealing with all of her contacts one thing strikes you - they are very complimentary of Polly and intensely loyal to her. After my experience, I too am a believer.
